Premature Ejaculation - The Squeeze Technique

Premature ejaculation is a problem that affects most men at some point in their lives. I decided that I didn't want to distract myself so the next thing I tried was to go slower. But man, this really was not a good idea because my women would not understand why I had slowed down. Kegel or PC exercises Gaining control and muscle tone through kegel exercises (also known as PC exercises) to strengthen the pubbocoxygennus (PC) muscle can help to control premature ejaculation. The PC muscle controls ejaculation and is also the muscle used to stop urine flow once you start to urinate. Squeezing the pc muscle to restrict urine flow once you have started to urinate you can locate and learn to control the PC muscle. Practicing the tightening and releasing of this muscle for up to 5 minutes 3 times a day can help you to gain control over this muscle and help you to learn how to better control ejaculation. This can give you stronger erections and more control over ejaculation.

It all started when I was very young. I was never a hit with the ladies so it was basically masturbation or the odd lucky lay that I could find. One of the first things that I tried was distraction methods. I was pretty good at math so I used to do some equations while receiving oral sex! It helped but I probably improved my math more than my sexual skills!

Release the Pressure If you are tense you are going to have more of a problem with PE. And then I got really lucky. I discovered purely by accident one day, a way to last longer without any booze, sprays or distraction. I call this my "plateauing technique". Dulling the Sensation Using a condom can reduce the sensation enough to slow ejaculation. This method comes with an added bonus as it also helps to protect against unwanted pregnancy and STDs. There is no reason to believe that wearing more than one condom will be helpful. Then I wanted to get even more time so I tried the anesthetic sprays. Although some of them don't work I found that there are some that definitely do work.
